DAILY ACTIVITIES #21 ENG


ASSALAMU ALAIIKUM WARAHAMAHAHAH WABARAKATU.

Hello Guys, today my group arrived much earlier precisely at 4 am to finish everything we will spend on morning tea. For example, the dance that will be red sugar, songkolo bagangan will be heated songkolonya, lopis will be covered with grated coconut, the plates will be heated, and the coffee and tea will be cooked today.

All that must be done before all is excluded because if the mixture of brown sugar is stored it will harden, songkolo bagadang if mixed with sambal if the evening is stale, lopis if it is wrapped in grated coconut last night it will stale, and the last is the platter if not heated or leaves not be able to wither then it will be fast stale.












After everything is finished, we immediately bring the goods or equipment we need to the rector to arrange. Then we also bring the food so we can adjust the place.

After all our setups were finished, it turned out that we had to wait until 9am, because there were guests from Jakarta who would take part in enjoying the food we made. So we waited for about 2 hours, before the program began and we closed at 10 am.

Then we returned to the kitchen and brought all our equipment. We also have to return all the leftovers we have used such as sugar sachets, butter portions, etc. And our friend who lives in the kitchen today makes lapis legit and finally all the legit layers succeed.
Then, tomorrow we will curve carrots, so tomorrow each of us has to bring 2 carrots to curving. Because we are just learning, we have to bring it ourselves.
