Hello Guys, today we are back in practice and today my classmate and I came a lot earlier because we had to make many products because we had coffee orders in the morning break, lunch and coffee break in the afternoon, for job fairs to be held on campus we are Poltekpar Makassar. And the morning tea schedule which is usually held on Thursday is advanced to Tuesday, so the group with morning tea tomorrow is also busy with their preparations too.
Today's preparations that we will make are:
Coffe break in the morning:
- Shredded bread
- Lapis
- Brownis
Lunch:
- White rice
- Galangal fried chicken
- KAS (crackers, pickles, chili)
- Cah vegetables
- slice fruit
Coffe afternoon break:
- Risoles
- Bluder
- Pretty
We share assignments with each other so that our work is completed quickly. And I will make cheese tarts for coffee break in the morning. Coffe morning break must be finished today, because tomorrow it will be included in the box so that it is finished quickly. Likewise with other preparations that could be tried now, so that tomorrow we don't have much work anymore. Because after everything is finished tomorrow, we will continue by preparing again for Wednesday.
Today our preparations are finished quickly, because today we did not prepare for the night, but because we cleaned a long time ago, we stayed home late at night. Because we have to wait until the floor is dry, then we can leave the kitchen.
