DAILY ACTIVITIES #20 ENG

ASSALAMUALAIIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKATU.


Hello Guys, today we will make Ketupat again like last week and today will also be determined by the group that will prepare for morning tea tomorrow. And the chosen group is group 2, there are sry wahyuni, alkiswan, anggi tasya, muh.yunus, muh.agung, sri wahyuni ​​or myself.

But because we stayed 2 weeks we practiced this week, but the group that had not had morning tea was 3, then group 3 was divided in two, and the one who entered our group was tri drita, and muh. syapei. So we have an additional two people, but since two people from our group were sick and another today is personal cooking, then we only 5 people will prepare.

And the menu we will prepare is:
 Croissant
 Dannish
 2 Whole cake
 Cucuru
 Lopis
 Sikaporo
 Pumpkin Trays
 Doko-doko cangkuning
 Lemper
Taripang
 Songkolo is on the way
 Coffee and tea


We also have a 35 pax snack box held today. We got the information at 12 noon and the snack box will be taken at 1pm, so we left preparing morning tea because we would finish the snack box first, the menu had bread, spring rolls, and steamed brownies.


For morning tea, today I started making LOPIS, and this is the first time I made a name for Lopis, but thank God the results didn't disappoint. After making lopis, the ingredients are glutinous rice, water, banana leaves and whiting. I continued by making the condiment, which is grated coconut and liquid brown sugar.


 

After lopis is done, then I continue by making songkolo for the plates, and the shredded or sticky fillings will be made by another friend of mine. After the songkolo for lemper was finished, I continued with making a sponge which we will make whole cake.



While waiting for the sponge to cool, I made cream cheese for the feeling that I will use for the sponge later. After that, I immediately stacked the sponge according to its size and the feeling we used was the cream cheese I made earlier. And we have simple garnish, because we didn't have time to make chocolate garnish, so we only use chery and strawberry for the garnish.

After all our preparations are complete, we immediately clean our work area and after everything is finished we have to return the equipment that we have used to its original place. After that, we can go home.
