DAILY ACTIVITY #9 ENG

ASSALAMUALAIIKUM WARAHMATULLAHIWABARAKATU.



Hello genks, Today we come at 6:00 a.m., to make the product that we will sell. Today we sell sandwiches, rice bowls and chocolate bananas. We finished selling at around 9:00 in the morning.


After we sell, we enter the class to be briefed and recipe to be made today. What we will make today is sour dough bread and sweet bread.


The form of sour dough bread that we make is different, so is the form of sweet bread we will make. The form of sour dough bread made by my group is brown, while the sweet bread is toast bread.


Recipe for sour dough bread

Material:

- 700 gr flour
- 250 ml of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 75 gr leaven

How to make:

- mix all ingredients except salt.
- Knead until well blended.



- keep the mixture at room temperature for 1 hour.
- then, add the salt little by little.
- proofing for 20 minutes.
- the shape of the dough then bake.



Recipe sweet bread
Bahan:
- leaven
- 3 pcs              egg
- 75 gr              butter
- 500 gr            hard flour
- 90 gr              milk powder 
- 50 gr              sugar
- 5 gr                salt
- 30 ml             water



How to make:

- mix hard flour, milk powder, sugar and butter until well blended.
- then, enter egg and leaven.
- after that, add enough water.
- keep at room temperature for 1 hour.
- mixer until smooth, then put in a toast bread mold.
- proofing for 90 minutes.
- then bake until cooked.


 

While making bread, we also make preparants for breakfast for Thursday. Today we only make chocolate cheese tarts, puffs and croissants. Tomorrow we will continue with other products.


The only chocolate cheese tart we can make today is 28 seeds, while we have to make 80 pax. So we will continue tomorrow.


After everything is finished, then we start the GC dipastry. And after finishing GC, we have to wait for the floor to dry, then we can go home.
