are making puff pastry, butter fly cookies and aple strudle.
Today

PUFF PASTRY
Puff pastry ingredients:- flour 250 gr- salt 7 gr- fat 200 gr- water 350 gr
How to make:- Mix flour, salt and fat, then rubbing until they are not separated, but not until smooth.
- then rolling and folding like a croissant.- then store it in the chiller for 30 minutes, repeat it 3 times.
- then for two, one is made butter fly cookies.
- The other one is made of aple strudle.
- then stored at room temperature for 1 hour, then smeared with egg yolks and fresh milk.- after that, use it until cooked.
